The Fat Cow Hotpot (C)lassic Buffet’s pricing are $33.90++ per adult (lunch, daily), $36.90++ per adult (weekday dinner - Mon to Thu, Sun & PH excl. PH Eve), and $39.90++ per adult (weekend dinner - Fri, Sat & PH Eve). For child height between 120cm to 150cm, $17.90++ per child (lunch, daily) and $19.90++ per child (dinner, daily). Child below 120cm is free and child above 150cm is charged at adult pricing.
* Do note that the hotpot soup base and drinks are charged separately and excluded from the buffet pricing. *

Dine-in Time Limit: 90mins for 1-2pax, 120mins for 3-6pax and 150mins for 7pax and above.
Last Order: 30mins before the end time or 9.30pm daily whichever is earlier. This allows our kitchen to have enough time to deliver your items, and you have enough time to cook and consume the food.
Wait Time Per Order: 5 to 15mins.
Wastage Charges: $15 per 100 grams (cooked and uncooked food), $3 per bowl (for wastage of the sauce) and $3 per Xiao Long Bao/Steamed Dumpling (for wastage of the Xiao Long Bao/Steamed Dumpling)

CNY 2024 Updates: For CNY's Eve (9 Feb 2024), first (10 Feb 2024) and second (11 Feb 2024) days of CNY, the hotpot buffet (lunch/dinner) adult pricing is $48.80++ per pax. The normal pricing will resume on the third (12 Feb 2024) day of CNY.
Lunch/Dinner (CNY's Eve, first and second days of CNY 2024):
- $48.80++ per pax (adult)，
- Child (height 120-150cm)：$23.80++ per child
( Child height above 150cm is charged at adult pricing, child height below 120cm is free. )

There’s 2 time slots as below:
(Do note that late comers will need to leave at the end time as specified below)
Time slot 1：5pm to 7pm (end time)
(last order: 6.15pm)
Time slot 2：8pm to 10pm (end time)
(last order: 9.15pm)
Do note that sales of Yusheng is in limited quantity. Preorder is preferred. You may not allowed to bring your own Yusheng for Lou Hei during your dine-in.
Reservation deposit is required. Once booked, the deposit should transfer by paynow to Guo Fu Pte. Ltd. UEN "200512355H" or you may walk-in to make the deposit. Do note that the deposit has to be made within two days upon confirmation else the reservation will be cancelled.
Deposit is non-refundable. Therefore, we would suggest the customer to consider carefully before booking.
