# Fat Cow Hotpot (D)eluxe Buffet's Menu

Enjoy Guo Fu Hotpot's **Deluxe Buffet**, including unlimited Xiao Long Bao prepared fresh to order. Choose ingredients at the self-service counter; selected freshly prepared items can be ordered by QR code and served to your table.

## Buffet prices

**Dinner pricing rule:** Peak Dinner applies every Friday, Saturday and on the eve of any MOM-listed public holiday, **including observed Monday holidays**. Public holidays on other dates follow Standard Dinner pricing unless the date is also a public-holiday eve. Lunch has one regular price every day. Announced festive pricing takes priority.

- Children **below 120 cm dine free**; children **above 150 cm pay the adult price**.
- **Soup bases and drinks are charged separately.** Prices exclude 10% service charge and 9% GST.
- Menu selections may differ by dining period. Refer to the menu for details.

## Check the price for your dining date

Select a date and **Lunch** or **Dinner** to see the applicable Classic and Deluxe buffet prices. The checker includes MOM's public holidays for 2026–2027, observed holidays and Guo Fu's CNY 2027 special prices.

The checker shows published buffet prices before service charge and GST. Soup bases, drinks and any separately announced promotions are not included.

## Dining guidelines

| Number of guests | Dining time |
|---|---:|
| 1–2 | 90 minutes |
| 3–6 | 120 minutes |
| 7 or more | 150 minutes |

- **Last order:** 30 minutes before your dining time ends, or **9:30pm**, whichever is earlier.
- Please allow approximately **5–15 minutes** for freshly prepared orders.
- To minimise food waste, wastage charges apply: **S$15 per 100g** of leftover food (cooked or uncooked), **S$3 per bowl** of leftover sauce, and **S$3 per Xiao Long Bao or steamed dumpling** wasted.

## Chinese New Year 2027

From **5–7 February 2027**, only Classic and Deluxe Buffets are served, at special festive prices. Set meals and à la carte dining are unavailable on these three days. Regular pricing and all dining options resume on **8 February**, including the public holiday.

**Accessibility:** Step-free access to the entrance and wheelchair-accessible seating. Our restaurant toilet is **not wheelchair-accessible**.
